    For the execution of each signed contract, our company implements project manager system management. After the contract is signed, the company appoints a full-time project manager to be responsible for the planning and organization of the implementation of the contract. As a window for communicating with customers, the project manager's main responsibilities include:

    *Responsible for communicating and coordinating with users.

    * Fully understand and digest user needs, organize project implementation teams, and formulate project implementation plans and programs.

    *Responsible for ordering and cargo tracking, transportation and inspection.

    *Organize the entire project implementation, inspection and arrangement of the site and equipment operating environment.

    * Organize on-site software and hardware installation, commissioning, preparation of technical documents and contract acceptance.

    *Organization of technical training personnel and related matters.

    *Responsible for service request acceptance and response.

    Technical Training

    The quality of technical training is directly related to whether users can master and use the whole system proficiently, so our company attaches great importance to training. After the contract is signed, the company will select technical personnel who have more than 3 years of experience in system use, maintenance, installation and commissioning, and who are good at expressing as trainers. The training content includes: engineering design and configuration, system operation and use, and equipment maintenance.


    Handover and archiving of technical data

    After the seafood pool is put into operation, our company will prepare and sort out corresponding technical documents by professionals, which will be kept by users as original technical files.


    Testing and Acceptance

    Our company will strictly follow the relevant technical standards and specifications, based on the contract, actively cooperate with and accept the strict testing and engineering acceptance organized by the user (the acceptance must be on the day when the commissioning is completed).

  • Warranty Service Commitment

    Warranty Service Commitment

    Based on the contract and the service commitment stipulated by the original factory, our company promises a corresponding free warranty for the products sold and the projects undertaken. During the warranty period, responsible for maintenance and free replacement of accessories; outside the warranty period, continue to promise a series of fee-based services such as maintenance of the entire project, function upgrades, etc. The charging standard is charged according to the current market price, and the required expenses are paid within 15 days after the maintenance is completed. (The warranty period is within one year of the equipment being put into operation. Man-made damage or force majeure factors are not covered by the warranty period: such as glass breakage caused by man-made collisions, and the water pump is burned out due to dry pumping).
